This Part is intended to establish a unifying Streetscape along 3300/3500 South between 2700 West and the Jordan River, along Redwood Road, and along 5600 West between 2100 South and 3100 South. These Streetscape improvements are to protect Persons along Sidewalks from the hazards and nuisances generated by high traffic volumes and promote an attractive environment for businesses and residents. All requirements and standards set forth in this Part shall supersede all other ordinances for the defined areas unless otherwise stated.
