4-1-106. REMOVAL, INJURY TO, ETC., GRASS, SOIL, ETC., PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, remove, injure or destroy any wood, turf, grass, soil, rock, sand or gravel in any park or playground.
