The Office of the Chief of Police is supervised by the Chief of Police and shall have direct charge of:

(1) Police Department budgets and related financial matters;

(2) Liaison activities;

(3) Technology development;

(4) Public relations;

(5) Preparation of monthly and annual reports;

(6) Internal affairs matters; and

(7) Legal support.
