(1) There is hereby created the Healthy West Valley Committee.

(2) The Healthy West Valley Committee shall consist of community partners and two staff members. Members shall be appointed by the City Manager to serve four-year terms with the advice and consent of the City Council.

(3) The Healthy West Valley Committee shall exist as of the date of the enactment of this Chapter and shall continue as the Healthy West Valley Committee under this Chapter.

(4) The Healthy West Valley Committee may create subcommittees and use volunteers who are not on the Healthy West Valley Committee to accomplish its purposes.

(5) The chair of the Healthy West Valley Committee shall be appointed every other year by the City Manager with the advice and consent of the City Council.
