If eligibility requirements for membership on an administrative advisory organization governed by this Chapter should change in a manner that would preclude a current member from continuing to serve, that member may finish his or her term at the sole discretion of the City Manager. Such a member may not, however, be reappointed unless he or she can meet the eligibility requirements established by this Chapter.
