It is unlawful for the driver of any vehicle giving or causing to be given any signal which would indicate to other traffic his intention to turn, to fail to make such turn or to fail to yield the right-of-way to all other traffic which would be affected by his failure to complete the turn indicated. A violation of this Section is an infraction.
