22-2-203. CIVIL PENALTIES FOR PARKING OFFENSES.
This section is included in your selections.

Civil penalties for violations of this Chapter are as follows:

(1) For a violation of Section 22-2-114, Parking in Disabled Parking Stalls: $213.

(2) For all other violations:

a. A first offense within a 12-month period: $128;

b. A second offense within a 12-month period: $178;

c. A third offense within a 12-month period: $228;

d. A fourth or more offense within a 12-month period: $278.

(3) The fee for removal of an immobilization device is $50.
