(1) The Street Lighting Utility Fund is hereby created. All revenues received from street lighting utility service charges shall be placed in said fund as a designated fund to be kept separate and apart from other City funds. The collection, accounting, and expenditure of funds collected pursuant to this Chapter shall be performed in accordance with state law.

(2) Administration of billing for the Street Lighting Utility shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 20-7.
