(1) Each property within the City shall be responsible to pay the service charge for the street lighting utility. The service charge for the street lighting utility shall be $3 per Street Lighting Equivalent Residential Unit (“SLERU”) per month.

(2) Single Unit Dwellings and Two Unit Dwellings shall pay the service charge for one SLERU.

(3) All other properties shall pay the service charge based on frontage. For each 80 feet of frontage, a property shall pay the service charge for one SLERU, rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, a property with 119 feet of frontage shall pay the service charge for one SLERU, while a property with 120 feet of frontage shall pay the service charge for two SLERUs.
