(1) Placement of any structure, material, or object on any Highway, Sidewalk, Parkstrip, curb, gutter, Right-of-Way, or other public property;

(2) Parking of vehicles in any manner that would obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic, including but not limited to the parking of vehicles on Sidewalks;

(3) Permitting nonrunoff water, mud or gravel to run or be tracked by vehicles upon any City Highway, Sidewalk, curb, gutter, Right-of-Way, or other public property;

(4) Violating any departmental order or posted prohibition or limitation concerning the use of any street, alley, Sidewalk, curb, gutter, Right-of-Way, or other public property;

(5) Pushing, throwing, blowing, plowing, or placement of snow, hail, or sleet onto any street;

(6) Permitting any object, including but not limited to tree limbs, to hang less than 14 feet above any roadway or seven feet above any Sidewalk;

(7) Failure of an owner, occupant, lessor, or agent of any property abutting any paved Sidewalk to fail to remove or cause to be removed from such paved Sidewalk all hail, snow, or sleet falling thereupon within 24 hours after such hail, snow, or sleet has ceased to fall; and

(8) Engaging in any behavior or activity that obstructs or impedes the normal flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic on any street, alley, Sidewalk, curb, gutter, Right-of-Way, or other public property.
