The Permittee carrying out grading and erosion control measures under this Chapter, and all subsequent owners or tenants of property on which such measures have been taken, shall maintain all temporary and permanent erosion control measures, retaining walls, structures, plantings, and other protective devices. Should the Permittee, or any of the subsequent property owners or tenants, fail to adequately maintain the temporary and permanent erosion control facilities, retaining walls, structures, plantings, and other protective devices, the City reserves the authority to enter affected property and take such action as authorized in this Code.
