As set forth in this Chapter, no site construction plan shall be approved unless a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan including soil erosion and sediment control measures consistent with the requirements of this Chapter and the Engineering Standards has been approved. The Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) shall include sediment and erosion control BMPs as necessary to protect water quality, reduce the discharge of pollutants, and control waste such as, but not limited to, discarded building materials, concrete truck washout, chemicals, litter and sanitary waste at the construction site that may cause adverse impacts to water quality. The SWPPP requirements shall ensure compliance with all requirements set forth in the most current Utah State Division of Water Quality, Storm Water General Permit for Construction Activities.
