All Long-Term Storm Water Management Permits shall run with the land and shall be binding on the original applicants, their heirs, successors, and assigns. In order to provide notice of the existence of a Long-Term Storm Water Management Permit on a parcel of property, the City may record a copy of the permit or a notice of the existence of the permit in the records of the Salt Lake County Recorder.
