All applicants for Storm Water Management Permits shall submit plans to the Division for review and approval prior to the commencement of work upon the property which is the subject of the permit. Plans shall be prepared by a licensed professional engineer and shall include detailed plans and specifications for the control of Storm Water runoff, in accordance with the City’s adopted Engineering Standards.
