17-2-704. QUALIFIED FACILITY DESIGN.
(1) At least one toilet, lavatory, and shower shall be provided for each 10 occupants of the qualified facility. All toilet and bathing facilities shall be properly screened and separated by ceiling-high partitions and doors.
(2) All outdoor leisure spaces shall be screened from public view.
(3) All donations, purchases, or deliveries shall be contained indoors and outside of public view.
(4) Provision shall be made inside the qualified facility for storage and/or disposal of all personal property of occupants. No personal property may be kept, stored, or left outside for any period of time.
(5) Each occupant shall be provided with a bed meeting the following requirements:
a. The bed shall be at least 30 inches wide and 75 inches long;
b. The bed shall have clean and well maintained springs and mattress; and
c. The bed shall include clean pillows, sheets, and blankets.
(6) All sleeping areas shall open directly into exit corridors.
