(1) A qualified facility shall not house or accommodate more than the lesser of (a) 150 individuals or (b) the occupancy limit established by the Fire Marshal on any day or night.

(2) A qualified facility shall provide at least 80 square feet per resident in single occupancy rooms and at least 60 square feet per resident in multiple occupancy rooms.

(3) No room shall provide sleeping accommodations for more than four occupants.
