(1) All establishments offering massage as defined by the Massage Therapy Practice Act shall operate in accordance with the Massage Therapy Practice Act.

(2) Licensees must be over 21 years of age and must not have a conviction of a crime involving moral turpitude in the past five years.

(3) No alcoholic beverages shall be sold, stored, or consumed on the premises of a massage establishment.

(4) No individual practicing massage shall perform specified sexual activities.
