17-2-203. GENERAL SALE AND DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Fireworks may be sold and discharged only on those dates established by the Utah State Fire Marshal.
(2) Fireworks shall not be discharged:
a. Within 100 feet of a location selling fireworks;
b. Within 20 feet of any structure;
c. West of SR-111; or
d. On any property owned by the City without express written consent.
