(1) All employees of alcohol establishments shall obtain a police I.D. card in accordance with the requirements of this Title.

(2) Applicants for a police I.D. card shall submit an application including the following information:

a. Proof of identity and age;

b. A fingerprint card and Bureau of Criminal Identification report; and

c. All applicable fees.

(3) An application for a police I.D. card may be rejected for any of the following reasons:

a. The applicant has violated any provision of this Title;

b. The applicant has been convicted of or completed a sentence for a felony within the last three years; or

c. The applicant has been convicted of or completed a sentence for a misdemeanor involving controlled substances, alcohol, sex crimes, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, or any offense which relates to the employment of the applicant within the last two years.

(4) Applicants for a police I.D. card may appeal a denial and receive a hearing in the manner set forth in Sections 17-1-106 and 17-1-107.
