(1) Any alcohol establishment shall display all current alcoholic beverage licenses in a conspicuous place.

(2) During operating hours, a minimum of one candle power light measured at a level five feet above the floor shall be maintained.

(3) No enclosed booths, blinds, or stalls shall be maintained.

(4) A clear, unobstructed view of all portions of the interior of any room shall be available at all times from a point within the licensed premises at or near the main entrance to each such room.
