(1) Failure to submit a complete application, including all applicable fees;

(2) False, incomplete, or misleading information is submitted on, with, or in connection with the application;

(3) Noncompliance with any applicable law or regulation governing the business, including but not limited to the provisions of the West Valley City Municipal Code, the requirements of a conditional use permit, or other permit or authorization governing the business;

(4) Failure to meet current requirements to obtain a business license, alcoholic beverage license, or police I.D. card;

(5) Failure to pay property taxes, sales tax, or other taxes or fees;

(6) Violation of any applicable law by agents or employees (including independent contractors) of the licensee while acting as the licensee’s agent or while serving on the premises of the licensee or the licensed business;

(7) Failure to permit City inspections in a timely manner; or

(8) Any other reason authorized by this Title or other applicable law.
