(1) Nonelectronic gasoline pump island canopy signs shall be no larger than the greater of 20 square feet or 15 percent of the face of the elevation to which the sign is attached.

(2) Electronic gasoline pump island canopy signs shall be no larger than the greater of 20 square feet or 10 percent of the face of the elevation to which the sign is attached.

(3) No gasoline pump island canopy sign shall be taller than the height of the canopy edge.
