11-4-113. SIGN LANDSCAPING.
This section is included in your selections.
Landscaping required in conjunction with a sign shall conform to the following provisions:
(1) The sign landscaping shall contain at least 50 percent live plant materials and be serviced by a permanent underground irrigation system.
(2) The landscaping shall have a slope no greater than one to four.
(3) If a berm or planter box is used as part of the landscaped area, the height of the berm or planter box shall not exceed two feet.
(4) Alternative landscape materials and designs may be considered by the Planning Commission as a conditional use.
