11-4-102. HEIGHT OF SIGNS.

The height of signs shall be in conformity with the following provisions:
(1) Pole signs shall maintain the height limitations as specified in the various zones described subsequently in this Title, except for freeway-oriented pole signs as specified in Section 11-4-103.
(2) Wall signs against buildings or other structures will be allowed to extend two feet above the rooflines or parapet wall of a building. When a building has more than one level, the wall on which the sign is installed will govern.
