Violations of this Title include, but are not limited to, the following situations:

(1) If an unsafe or dangerous sign is not repaired or made safe within five working days after giving notice, the City may abate and remove said sign, and the person having charge, control or benefit of any such sign shall pay to the City within 30 calendar days, after written notice is mailed to such person, the costs incurred in such removal.

(2) An illegal sign is not made conforming within 30 calendar days after giving notice, the City may remove said sign, and the owner or person having charge, control or benefit of any such sign shall pay to the City, within 30 calendar days after written notice is mailed to such person, the costs incurred in such removal.

(3) A nonmaintained sign is not removed from the building or premises when such sign has not been repaired or brought into compliance by the owner, person having control, or person receiving benefit from such structure within 30 calendar days after notice of nonmaintenance is given to the owner, person having control, or person receiving benefit from such structure.

(4) Signs located in the public right-of-way or determined to be in violation of the provisions of this Title in any other way may be impounded at any time.
