11-2-108. SIGNS EXEMPT FROM THE PERMIT REQUIREMENTS OF THIS TITLE.
This section is included in your selections.
The following types of signs shall be exempt from the permit requirements of this Title:
(1) Property sign;
(2) Permanent entry sign;
(3) Plate sign;
(4) Temporary signs; and
(5) Public necessity sign.
