(1) As part of any notice, order, or action, the Administrative Appeals Board has the authority to require responsible persons to post a performance bond to ensure compliance with the City Code, applicable state codes, or any judicial action.

(2) If the responsible person fails to comply with the notice, order, or action, the bond will be forfeited to the City. The bond will not be used to offset the other outstanding costs and fees associated with the case.
